How to leave a Personal Mark – The Art of Persuasion

This unique guest lecture is all about Passion and Motivation; The Passion to succeed, the Passion to lead, the Passion to innovate. Are people born with this attribute of passion, or do they rather gain it by education?
How will we recognize people with Passion and high motivation and how is it connected to leadership? Nowadays, we are eager to examine the “genetic code” of those who do not compromise so easily, the ones who have the spark of life, despite all obstacles. Could we find the “formula” for Passion at work, this love for risk taking, and learn its components? How do we start to teach passion and insert it into organizations? All this in a revealing lecture, accompanied with rare examples of films with the most powerful artists, lecturers, leaders and renowned figures that had the courage to break the patterns.

    The Show of My Life

A one-time experience with Dr. Orit Wolf, who shares her personal story behind the curtain. She will tell the story of how she became both an international pianist and innovation figure who was chosen to be the “woman of the year” by THE MARKER in 2010. It is a talk about failure and success, competitors and challenges, vision and passion and the dream to create the difference (The lecture will be accompanied with a live concert by Orit Wolf).

Creative Problem Solving: The Code of the Innovative Mind

The rationale behind this fascinating guest lecture is to examine practical tools for problem solving by actively experiencing their use and application in the professional world.

People in management position frequently find themselves in situations which demand unique, unconventional thinking. Our premise lies in the fact that we cannot totally prevent surprises, errors and stressful situations. This workshop aims to delve into the possibilities of turning an error into a business opportunity, approaching a problem from various angles and legitimizing risk taking and experimentation as a necessary condition for innovation and initiative in management.

In the era of the third millennium, where the key word is innovation, we can no longer be satisfied with attaining information. We must attain built-in tools for revealing and developing our cognitive abilities so that we could create, not only respond.

    • Different styles of problem solving and thinking patterns
    • Disproving paradigms and conventional thinking patterns
    • What’s your creativity type?
    • Coping with obstacles that hinder initiative and creativity
    • The Intelligence Trap

Note: This guest lecture could be designed for diverse disciplines and is tailored to customers’ needs.
