 This C.D. is a compilation of some of my favorite romantic pieces which I have been playing since I was a child. The interpretation of this recording is very subjective, and possibly provocative, with an emphasis on intimacy and individual dialogue with the piano. The idea to record popped spontaneously after playing a Schumann concert. We began to record at 10 a.m and in three hours it was all over. It was a conscious decision to leave the recording as pure as possible with hardly any editing. The natural mistakes have been left without a change for the sake of the natural creation of the moment Human's Love- Romanza for Violin and Piano (February, 2003) Some say that love is all what's left from us. Music for me is THE language of love. This piece aims for all of those who let go. For the people who are not afraid of love, desires and the impulse of life. I would like to dedicate Human's Love to my bravest friend, Esti Baharav- Margaliot, who never looses the passion for life. |
