In the upcoming session of the Music, Science and Inspiration series, we will explore the tension between intuitive and rational decision-making, and the rich, complex space that lies between them. How do we choose? When does the body precede thought? And how do environment, collective dynamics, and social context shape what we perceive as personal decisions?

All this will unfold alongside singer-songwriter and cellist Maya Belsitzman and percussionist Matan Efrat, who join Orit Wolf for a unique trio. Together, they will perform original works and new arrangements of iconic repertoire, while revealing principles of improvisation and musical creation – through a live dialogue between voice, cello, piano, and percussion, specially tailored to the theme of the session.
